FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The University has provided two payments options.

Option 1: Pay Directly at the Bank with Your Unique Number
With this option, you simply walk into the bank and provide the bank teller (i.e. cashier) with your Unique number.

  • For new students, your Unique Number is the Admission Number (indicated below your name on your admission letter).
  • For returning students, your Unique number is your Matriculation Number.

(Note: For your Unique Number,  the cashier may ask for your Application Number instead of your Admission Number.  Be informed that your Admission Number  supersedes your Application Number and thus Admission Number  should be used for all fees that you wish to pay using this Unique Number payment option). Upon verification of your Unique Number, the teller processes your transaction.

Option 2: Pay Directly Online with Your Bank Account 
This is an online payment option. Therefore, you do not need to go to the bank to make your payment.
For this option, follow the steps below (note that Unique Number for new students is Admission Number, while for returning students, it is Matriculation Number):

  1. Login to http://iuokada.edu.ng/portal/students
  2. Login with your unique number. Password is: 2016
  3. Click on “Make payment”
  4. Select the session you are paying for from the list of sessions provided
  5. Type the amount you want to pay
  6. Select the option: “Pay directly online with your Bank Account”
  7. Click “Proceed”
  8. Select your bank from the list of banks provided

Follow the instructions thereafter to pay directly online with your Bank Account Number. Please note that you can pay your school fees in installments, for up to three times.

IAUE Notice to Matriculating Students… Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, IAUE notice to matriculating students on collection of academic gowns and order of programme for the 2017/2018 academic session. See more details below;

IAUE Notice to Matriculating Students

All matriculating students of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) are directed to take note of the following instructions:

  1. Gowns are to be collected from the Faculty Officers from Wednesday, 18th April, 2018 on presentation of receipt of payment of the sum of N6,500.00 (Six Thousand, Five Hundred Naira) only.
  2. The gowns must be returned in good condition after the ceremony.
  3. The gowns must not be machine or hand-washed. Direct ironing on the fabric is not allowed, as this could cause damage.
  4. Missing or damaged gowns will be replaced at the cost of N20,OOO.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only per gown.
  5. Taking of photographs stops at 9 m, on the day of the matriculation, Saturday, 21stApril, 2018 but may continue after the ceremony.
  6. Matriculating students are to queue up Faculty by Faculty in front of the Auditorium by 9 a.m. in the following order:
    • Faculty of Business Studies
    • Faculty of Education
    • Faculty of Humanities
    • Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences
    • Faculty of Social Sciences
    • Faculty of Vocational and Technical Education
    • Centre for Continuing Education
  7. Students’ procession into the Auditorium begins by 9.30 a.m.
  8. Loitering on campus or around the Auditorium by Matriculating
    Students during the ceremony will not be tolerated by the University

Responsibilities

  • Provide input to the design, development and execution of a robust communications program, end-to-end. Accountable for program delivery activities and outputs toward achievement of targeted outcomes and goals.
  • Work with design and marketing agencies to develop and execute the communications and marketing plan. Ensure all marketing collateral are of high quality and impactful.
  • Develop a community database of stakeholders and influencers media, journalists, tech bloggers, government, NOs, large corporations, Tech Communities, institutional investors, etc, across Nigeria and other key international markets. Convert them to subscribers and/or supporters, provide meaningful and timely updates
  • Manage select communications efforts, including the creation, editing, and production of digital, web and social content, emails and newsletters
  • Compose written material for diverse audiences, across a variety of channels
  • Manage media analytics platform to target influencers, analyze trends and campaign effectiveness and report learnings.
  • Provide media relations support for audiences that are both internal and external to the firm, including on a national and international scale.
  • Develop and research ideas for written publication/communication on high visibility complex topics.
  • Research, develop, execute and manage high-profile written communication that demonstrates understanding of a wide variety of audiences; clearly and credibly communicates a diverse array of topics; and enhances the relevance and impact of intended messaging.
  • Produce innovative written and multimedia content that s hare the firms research, ideas and news and stories for a variety of channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as the leadership team, program teams, and commercial teams to achieve program goals and ensure coordination, and work with internal and external customers to understand the need and purpose of a project.
  • Attend and cover priority events for the firm.
  • Track program expenses and ensure they are within budget.
  • Other duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences or other relevant field from a reputable university.
  • At least three years experience in a digital media, journalism, public relations or communications role, deep and demonstrated understanding of digital technology and content creation a nd distribution.
  • High level of comfort conceptualizing and working with diverse sets o f content, digital platforms,   and a variety of storytelling methods, and ability to change voice and editing/writing style to fit a   particular audience and purpose.
  • Firm understanding of web technologies and applications, including social networking, social media tools and current communication trends.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills with proven ability to present, write,   edit, and organize thoughts in a clear, concise, and well-organized manner, and work effectively with a diverse array of people, including senior leaders.

  • Proficiency in MS office MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular
  • Hands on experience with office machines e.g. fax machines and printers.
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
