Drama As Popular NURTW Boss and Politcian Shot Dead In Oshodi, Lagos [Photos]

There was chaos in Shogunle, Oshodi on Monday, May 29, 2017. According to reports, drama all started mid-day when APC primary elections was taking place at Shogunle town hall in Oshodi which later turned violent ultimately leading to the death of a popular politician and NURTW boss, Rasaq Bello better known as “Hamburger”.

According to another source, late Rasaq Bello was allegedly shot dead by members of a rival gang allegedly led by Golden.
Following Rasaq\’s death, violent clashes erupted between members of the two gang and a car was burnt around Ayinke Junction. Some touts stormed the home of the leader of the rival gang \’Golden\’ who has since fled the apartment but they killed his mother.

Kidnapped Chibok girls yesterday, 12th May 2017 appeared in a Boko Haram video where they explained their decision not to come back home as they were enjoying their stay with Islamist terror group.

BREAKING: Two Die, Others Injured Badly As Building Collapses At Nicon Estate, Lekki, Lagos [Photos]

Two people have died as a two-storey building under construction in Lekki area of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria partially collapsed.

The workers were mixing concrete on the site when part of the building collapsed, with people trapped under the debris. The building is located at NICON Town Estate off Admirality Way, Lekki.
Officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, and other rescue responders are on site trying to rescue those trapped in the debris. Two people are said to be dead.
